Staying Organized

• This section isn't required, just ways I try to keep myself organized
  • Always write down the Vitals in addition to any pertinent other labs such as BNP
  • Print off the "Provider Handoff" with your patients selected as found in the menu bar at the top of Cerner
• “Lab” System
  • System for keeping track of labs/changes/trends
    

• “Box” System
  • Written on the backside of the list or on the right side of the Provider Handoff
    • Marked out = Done
    • Half mark = In progress or half done
    • No mark = Not Done
